Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you are happy with your Refined Designers product, if however you would like an exchange or refund please contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org and return your unworn / unused item within 14 days of purchase complete with the original packaging. We will not exchange products that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show signs of use.
If you receive faulty, damaged or incorrect goods please notify us via e-mail immediately: email@example.com and return the product within 14 days of receipt.
Any discrepancies with your order must be reported to us by email within 3 working days of receipt.
Refined Designers jewellery comes with a six-month warranty, please follow the care instructions to ensure your jewellery lasts for many years to come.
Should your jewellery suffer breakage or tarnishing due to a manufacturing defect, we are committed to ensuring that your piece is either repaired or replaced.
If you have any queries concerning returns please email us with proof of purchase, details of your item and photos where possible, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Sale items are non-refundable and earrings are not eligible for returns for hygienic reasons.
The return of your product is your responsibility and so we recommend postage by Royal Mail registered delivery or another 'signed for' service. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded. Any item returned after the given time period will only be refunded at Refined Designers’ discretion.
Return of goods for refund or exchange is done so at your own cost. Where a product was sent in error or is deemed by us as faulty, we will refund your postage costs.
Items with a manufacturing fault will be assessed and repaired, replaced or credited. If the issue is not a manufacturing fault, we may contact you to discuss further.
We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your Refined Designers products. Should your item arrive to you faulty, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order confirmation along with an image of your item so we can sort it for you as quickly as possible. Please post your faulty item back to us as instructed above and mail us the receipt of return and tracking number. Please retain the tracking number in case there is any issue. Upon receipt of your faulty item, we will either refund or replace and dispatch as soon as possible.
We are unable to offer exchanges unless the item you need is a different size (rings only). Please contact our Customer Service team for more details.
Any returned orders must be sent back within 14 days of receipt (UK and International deliveries).
We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit if they are not sent back via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded. Any item returned after the given time period will only be refunded at Refined Designers’ discretion.
RETURNS FROM OVERSEAS
Refined Designers’ overseas customers can still return their items within 14 days on receipt of product.
To return items from overseas, we would strongly recommend that you use a secure trackable courier service such as FedEx, DHL and UPS to return your items to us. Refined Designers cannot be held responsible for items not received / returned. Therefore, we advise you to use a trackable return service.
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll send you an email with an update. Returns are usually processed within seven working day, although this may vary during busy periods. Refunds will be issued to the original account used at purchase; this will be marked on your bank statement as ’Refined Designers’. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the EU.
In the rare occasion your item is faulty, please contact customer service to resolve how we can process with your return by e-mailing email@example.com We do not offer return service for customers who wish to exchange or return the purchased products because of aesthetic reasons.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
Returned items must be in their original packaging, in the condition in which they were received, with the hygiene tag (applicable for certain products) intact. Items must be sent back within 14 days of receipt (UK and International deliveries). Refined Designers will not accept returns of any items that have been worn or have had their security tags removed. Shipping costs are not refundable unless items are faulty.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
Refunds will be credited to your account within ten working days following the receipt of returned product. Please also bear in mind that your bank might require additional time to process refund to your account. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note again that the shipping costs were not refunded unless the purchased product is faulty.
